Holiday Eating

The holidays are a time when there is a large amounts of family, relaxation, football and foods that can destroy a diet. Here are some tips that can possibly help that individual that does not want the holidays to ruin their goals.

  1. Before each meal drink at least one glass of water. This will help you focus and put less room in your stomach so one can watch their calories before the big holiday meal.

  2. Focus on eating lean proteins and low starch vegetables. This will give you the fiber and protein to maintain the muscle and limit the amount of calories the you intake.
