Cut Fat/Lose Weight Drop Calories
It is simple, if you want to lose weight and cut body fat, the body needs to burn more calories than it consumes.
I am currently keeping a calorie log in an excel spreadsheet that tracks each calorie intake. Additionally, I also burn 1100 calories during cardio in addition to weight lifting. Furthermore, if I was going to increase my work-out regime, I needed to analyze and improve my diet. Albert Einstein once said, "the definition of insanity is repeat the same thing over and over and expect a different results." Although organic peanut butter is considered a power food, it also has a great deal of calories, and if I wanted a change in my physical appearance I would have to sacrifice the food I crave most, peanut butter. As a result, I substituted peanut butter for celery and hummus, broccoli and spinach. I found that not only are vegetables low in calories and high in fiber, they are also a power food that helps decrease belly fat. It has been hard, but one of the process that I use to reach my goal is to simply not buy it. If it is not present then it is not there to build my temptation. Less and less each day I am craving less peanut butter and decreasing my calories to my goals.
If you strive for that full feeling when you eat, after you eat your recommended portion of 500 calories a meal, drink about a liter of water, wait five minutes and see how you feel. If you're still hungry reach for a bowl of low starched vegetables, like broccoli, celery, carrots, green beans or spinach. The fiber and low calories will help you achieve that full feeling.
Although I do not get my work-out in as much as I want to, I still everyday try to calculate my calories using my phone by keeping track of what I eat.
I live by five words: Integrity. Passion. Discipline. Knowledge. Results. I am passionate fearless individual that is focused on results. I enjoy cardio as soon as I wake in the morning and weight lifting at night. I Have dreams of becoming a model to travel around the world. Additionally, becoming a brand manager or product developer in a top fashion company. I use the fear of failure to make me focus and prepare in order to succeed and achieve my results. I have a positive winning attitude and will go to any moral limits to achieve my goals.
